MODERN Adjustable Clamp Frame

MODERN Machinery’s Patented 4-Way Adjustable Clamp Frame System, used in Cut Sheet Thermoforming, is constructed of heavy extruded and cast aluminum, and is adjustable in both directions ranging from maximum mold size down to an eight inch square.

A simple locking mechanism in each corner allows the operator to unlock bars and slide them into position for different mold sizes. No replacement of short bars is necessary, allowing you to adjust to different molds with ease. Since no tools are needed for adjusting this system, machine down time is significantly reduced.

The air cylinders are in a fixed position in the long sheet direction and adjustable in the short direction. The clamp bars have serrated edges for maximum gripping of the plastic sheet. Available with optional 'Same Plane' feature.
